Kyaw Ko Ko Win started his career as Sales Promoter in Myanmar Corporate Circle in 1996. He had accumulated learning and experience as a lower level managerial staff in sales and marketing until 2000. He started working in a capacity of Business Manager of a Myanmar branch of an international company in 2000. He remained in Myanmar Corporate Circle and performed various responsibilities in such capacities as National Business Manager and Marketing Manager until 2013 when he moved to a foreign Civil Society Organization under the management of British Council (Myanmar). In 2014, he decided to launch himself as a free-lance trainer and part-time lecturer. From then on till the present day, he has been free-lancing, conducting training programmes for his corporate clients and delivering lectures at private colleges and universities operating in Myanmar.
His past employers included Mega Products Limited, British American Tobacco, Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and Cerebos Products Limited among others.
He has been teaching as a part-time lecturer to undergraduate and post-graduate students of business studies at Chin Dwin College, Business Institute Yangon (BIY) and Robbinson Business School (RBS) and others.
